The town of Cortona is reachable on foot from the property, and this position is ideal for spending time relaxing in the green of the garden not far from one of the most famous and beautiful medieval towns of Tuscany.
The property is divided into a main villa with 6 beds and one smaller depandance with kitchen and bedroom with 4 beds. Each house has a private entrance and is completely independent.
The pool (9.50 x 4 meters) is for the exclusive use of the guests of the property. There are also barbecue, chairs and tables for outdoor dining, Internet. The two annexe have air conditioning.
