Holiday villa with pool located on top of a hill few kilometers away from the Dome of Florence (8km). 8/16 sleeping accommodations, beautiful view on Florence
Three storey villa can accommodate groups up to 16 persons with its 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Ground floor
From the front door you enter the long hall, the dining room with an ancient fire place is on the right, straight from here you enter the elegant kitchen in “white Carrara marble”. The kitchen is built-in.
The living area includes also a big living room endowed with Sat-tv, hi-fi, and furnished with 2 wide and comfortable sofas and armchairs. From here you enter, through a French window, to the panoramic terrace.
The sleeping area is made up by 8 double bedrooms distributed on the three floors of the villa. All the bedrooms are endowed with all the comforts(wood stave beds, orthopedic mattresses, air-conditioning system, heating system, mosquito nets).
On the ground floor there are 4 big double bedrooms: one of the double bedrooms has a small panoramic terrace; another one has a bathroom with shower; still another one has 4 windows overlooking the typical Tuscan countryside; the last one has a wooden floor.
The sleeping area has a big toilette with tub.
First floor
Going up a wooden staircase you get to the first floor where you enter the house turret, which today has been turned into an elegant and exclusive suite. The 2 bedrooms on the first floors share one single bathrooms with shower. Moreover, still on the first floor there’s a room put to use as a studio.
Basement
Going down an ancient wooden staircase you get to the underground where there are 2 bedrooms, each one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Moreover, there’s a laundry-ironing room equipped with washing machine, sink, drying rack, ironing board and iron and a big freezer.
