How to Book
We require the payment of a deposit whose amount depends on the structure you want to book and varies between 30% and 45% of the total rent. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer. Do not forget to fax us a copy of the receipt of the bank transfer.
The deposit can be also paid by credit card. In this case, a surcharge of 3% (VISA and MASTECARD) or 4% (AMERICAN EXPRESS) of the deposit will be charged. Please, send us your credit card details by fax.
As soon as we receive the receipt of the bank transfer (or your credit card details) you will be sent an e-mail confirming your booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you either by e-mail or by fax (please, state your preference) a voucher containing all the data relative to your reservation. Please, note that groups larger than what is indicated in the voucher will not be accepted.
The balance is to be paid either at your arrival or 45/60 days prior the date of arrival, depending on the dispositions of the owner of the house of your choice. The following data are required for the voucher: Name and Surname, Address, E-mail address, Telephone, Fax, Mobile, Nationality, Number of persons (Number of adults/Number of children).
With the reservation, the owner of the house of your choice commits him/herself to hold the house at your disposal in your requested dates. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
